Dr James P. Fogarty
Dr. Fogarty is the founding partner of Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and has been serving the Cy-Fair area for 28 years. Board certified, he specializes in surgery of the hip and knee and is one of the few surgeons in Houston performing total hip replacement using an anterior approach and instructs surgeons in the technique.
Dr David R. Mack
Dr. Mack is subspecialty board certified in sports medicine, and cares for athletes of all levels. He specializes in the treatment of knee and shoulder injuries, and is a national instructor for the Conformis custom partial knee replacement. He is the team physician for the Jersey Village Falcons, and director of the North Cypress Sports Medicine Center.
Dr Alain E. Elbaz
Dr Elbaz is board certified in orthopedics and sports medicine. He specializes in the treatment of shoulder problems through the use of minimally-invasive, state-of-the-art, arthroscopic techniques to accelerate the recovery process for challenging conditions such as rotator cuff disease, shoulder instability, shoulder fractures, arthritis, and stiffness. Dr Drew Fehsenfeld is a fellowship trained sports medicine Orthopedic physician who specializes in the operative and conservative management of shoulder, elbow, knee, and hip problems. He serves as head team physician for Cy-ranch High School. He is also specialized in minimally invasive hip arthroscopy for removing loose bodies and repairing traumatic labral tears.
Dr Alexander R. Mohr
Dr. Alexander R. Having himself played as Left Tackle at Utah State University, he specializes in Football injuries both in diagnosis and prevention.

Dr Thomas L. Tanous
Dr. Tanous is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in joint replacements. He is trained in state-of-the-art lower extremity surgical techniques and performs minimally invasive hip and knee replacements, computer navigated joint replacements, partial knee replacements, and total hip resurfacing. During his residency at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, he was awarded the “Golden Bone” Award for excellence in student and resident teaching. Dr. Tanous is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Arthritis Foundation, and Texas Medical Association.
