As of January 1, 2025, we made the move from our EMR (electronic medical records) to a new EMR for Physical Therapy. This change requires new billing protocols. To pay your bill in the correct link/portal, you will need your date of service for the charge. If you have questions about your date of service, you can find this date on your bill. Your date of service is the date of your appointment/surgery/injection. If you have issues locating your date of service on your bill, please give us a call at and we can help.
