Michael attended Texas Tech University from 1979 to 1983. He went on to study Bachelors in Physical Therapy at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas (1985). He was a member of the “Alpha Eta Honor Society” and “Who’s Who Amongst College and University Students”.
Michael has been a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas since 1985. During his extended career he has served in several capacities including serving as a clinical instructor, Incharge of the rehab unit at Cy-Fair hospital (1996-2002), nominated to the Board of Ethics at Cy-Fair Hospital (1996-2002) and has helped with development of work conditioning programs. He has also taken several courses in McKenzie approach which helps him in evaluation and treatment of complex spine cases.
He has been with the practice since 2003 and has worked closely with physicians in developing protocols and treating a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses.
