If you need a prescription refill, there are three convenient ways to leave a message for your physician and his or her assistant.
- Fill out our online Prescription Refill Request.
- Call your pharmacy, and the pharmacist will send us all the documentation necessary to fill your request.
- Call our direct prescription refill line at (281) 664-2139. Please be sure to leave your last name (with the correct spelling), your date of birth and the medication that you need refilled.
You can make a refill request in any of these ways 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office reviews all requests Monday through Thursday between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm and on Friday between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Most refill requests received during these hours will be refilled the same day. Occasionally, refill request responses will be delayed if the doctor and his or her assistant are in surgery. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be filled.
