Sini Mathew is a native of Pennsylvania, graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. She then went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple as well. After graduating, Sini worked for over two years focusing on general orthopedics and geriatrics, specializing in neuromuscular rehabilitation and injury/fall prevention, after which, she moved to Houston in 2013.
The last 3 ½ years Sini has spent working with patients of all ages and of varying diagnoses from head to toe in a purely orthopedic setting. Sini strongly believes in a holistic approach to patient care, with an emphasis on assessing and addressing a patient’s body, mind and spirit in order to promote full function and independence.
She is passionate about hands-on therapy, specializing in manual therapy techniques such as strain-counterstrain, myofascial release, muscle energy, mobilization with movement and the use of kinesiotaping. Sini thoroughly enjoys building relationships and working with her patients to produce the best plan of care for their recovery. She is passionate about physical therapy and her patients.
